Leading business category for transaction type

Hi Folks,

We can have multiple business category assigned to single transaction type.

Can select leading business category from one of these assigned categories?

What is the significance of assigning multiple business category?

How can we use multiple business categories assigned to single transaction type in real time scenario?

Please suggest me on above doubts.

You can define default category in customazing of transaction type. Open your Z activity and navigate in left panet to Customazing header. There set default category in field Category.

About second question - you would use multiple categories to for example:

- classify different activities

- to trigger different action according to different categories

- to define different responsibilities and so on.
