Hi Experts,

Our rsp agent console can't start. There is no error message. It's hang. Sometimes it failed with message authorization is failed.

We use B1 8.8 SP00 PL15. Pls adv

    if you are referring to authorization failed, check this note 1477362 to solve the issue.

    you must have valid user id to browse the sap notes:

    https://websmp230.sap-ag.de/sap(bD1lbiZjPTAwMQ==)/bc/bsp/spn/smb_searchnotes/smb_index.htm

    if you do not have, you ask the sys admin to create it for you but if you are sap b1 customer, you can ask it to sap partner in your country.
