Thanks,

Hi,
BO is taking SAP system information from config in c:\Windows\saplogon.ini. If logged in user dont have rights to modifiy this file, it may create saplogon.ini file in users documents and settings folder.
To resolve this issue
Search for file saplogon.ini in C Drive. Find the local copy of config and compare with one in c:\windows folder. Replace the later with local copy and restart the system.

This is an old post, but it appears that having SAPUILandscape.xml in your C:\Users\userID\AppData\Roaming\SAP\Common will supercede saplogon.ini in CR2016.
For example, I'm using SAPGUI 740, and saplogon.ini is updated when I create new connections, but they aren't recognized by Crystal, which looks first to the .xml. The latter is used by SAPGUI 750, which I'm not using, but there it is.

Hi,
If i understood your query correctly that basically you want to create a CR report with SAP BW system.
If yes, then make sure you have installed the corresponding supported SAP GUI installed. Once installed create a new system connection in the SAP GUI with the SAP BW System.
Once created, now try to create a CR report, you should be able to get the required SAP BW system available for report creation.

Hi Noor,
Thanks for your reply. I have SAP Gui and SAP Integration kit installed. I am trying to create crystal report on ECC but when I try to create report on top of SAP tables, I don't see available SAP systems, I get a screen with no available system, it should show me the available system SAP GUI so I can select the system and can connect.
Thanks,
Ravi
