System Copy - R3load jobs SAPAPPL1 & SAPCLUST terminates due to file size

Dear Experts,

Our Environment (HP-UX 11.23, Oracle 10.2.0.2, SAP 4.7 Ext1, Kernel 640 patch 327)

We have upgraded the R3load, R3szchk and R3ldctl to the latest release and followed the System Copy guide for 640 Patch Collection System Copy mentioned in Note 971646.

During the phase R3load jobs, the export has terminated for 2 jobs namely SAPAPPL1 and SAPCLUST, where the error statement was (please find the last lines of the logs for reference

when checked the the .TSK files for th respctive jobs, the tables mentioned are successfully exported.

The error was the same for both the jobs, where the expected size for the file was not generated.

Please guide me on this.
