I am facing one issue with payroll:
HIred employee in 01012001, now i am running payroll for th eemployee in jan 2010, now the payroll reslt is getting wrong
its deducting some amounts and showing in RT.
if hire in jan 2010 no issues , wheer i need to chek

One question to see if I´m getting it right: You hired an employee in january 2001 and you want to runa the payroll on january 2010? Is it the first payroll you are running for him?
From what I can see you may be having an issue with retroactive. If you want to run his payroll for the first time you have to go to IT0003 to block the retroactive before January 2010.
If you are not having any trouble with employees hired on january 2010 then it must be retroactive.
Anyhow, if there is something that I´m missing in your question just post it.

You should also try to find the cause of tha retroactive calculation. Did a user modify an infotype (with start date of 01.01.2001) instead of copying it or delimiting it?
Report RPUAUD00 (if you configured for it) can help you to identify what infotype was changed by whom.
Running a report on IT0003 before Time Evaluation and Payroll Calculation can help you to identify employees whose Time or Payroll will go into retroactive calculation a little too far into the past.
Blocking retroactive calculation through the Payroll Record (t-code = pa03) can help to minimize the problems.
