Issue with Tcode f.62

Hi Guru - When we run F.62 for correspondence type SAP09 ,then all documents in BKPF for that range are getting picked up.Which is wrong.We want only the credit memo docs to be picked up.

This happens only for few company codes.

Can you please update us on the reason and how to fix it.

Hi, Please try restricting selection by document types you are using for credit memos.
