Please talk to your Basis resource regarding HR-CEECHU.
I've looked in our system's status to see what components we have, and I was able to find SAP_HRCEG, SAP_HRCES, SAP_HRCHU, EA-HRCEG, EA-HRCES and EA-HRCHU, but I don't have any idea what HR-CEECHU relates to.

Have you configured Payroll for Hungry, and transported the changes from DEV to QAT(QAS) and then to PRD?
Is PRD an environment that is already LIVE with Payroll for other countries?

I would request you first to check with basis team about the issue , copying the standard programme is not good practice

In my DEV environment, that program is associated with transaction codes PC00_M21_CALC and PC00_M21_CALC_SIMU.
For what Country are you trying to execute Payroll? Do you have authorisation to execute Payroll in PRD?
