I am failed to install OI addon. The initialization is failed. That's the error message. Pls help. Thx

try this solution but do not forget to include the previous solution from Rahul or from me:
1. Uninstall the Add On
2.Goto C:\WINDOWS\system32 (for WinXP) or C:\WINNT\system32 (for
Win2000)and delete the following files: BFFramework.dll, BFLogger.dll and BFLogger.tlb
3. Logon into Business One again and Install the Add On

I agree with Rahul's answer. In addition, if it is still not success, do these steps:
1. go to temporary (starts --> run --> %temp%), delete the folder SM_OBS_DLL.
2. delete addoninstall.sbo and addonlocalregistration.sbo in C:\Program Files\SAP\SAP Business One
3. delete bffframework.dll file in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32

Hi Steve......
Uninstall the addon first from Control panel. Then Uninstall the DI API and then reinstall DI API. Then try installing Outlook Integration Addon. This will solve your problem.....
