HELLO experts

I need to make a query on sales cube for bonus distribution

the condition is partner who have sold 40% more than the previous year will be given 2% bonus

so i have to compare the previous year sales as well as the 40% more qty and its value and also 2% bonus according to each partner

plesae help and suggest what key figures and formula should i take to calculate extra sale and accondingly give the bonus

    you can using the formula ,Using boolean formula do it.

      WHAT FORMULA TO APPLY

      IF SALE IS 30000 TO 50000 UNITS AND MORE THAN 40% AS COMPARED TO LAST YEAR THAN 2% IF 45% MORE THAN 2.25% AND IF 50% THAN 2.50%

      AND IF SALE RANGES BW 50000 TO 80000 UNITS AND MORE THAN 40% AS COMPARED TO LAST YEAR THAN 2% AND SO ON
