Issue while logging into WEBUI. No roll storage space

Hi All,

We are facing a problem in the WEB UI where in it throws a dump when ever we try to log in.

No roll storage space of length 6120 available for OCCURS area. area.

Method: IF_GENIL_APPL_MODEL~GET_OBJECT_PROPS of program CL_CRM_MKTIB_IL_PROXY=========CP

Method: LOAD_COMPONENT_SET of program CL_CRM_GENIL_INTERNAL_MODEL===CP

I noticed a run time error in ST22 TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY as well. I checked the parameters and the shared memory and it is fine. We have the same settings for other systems and they are working fine.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This note looks relevant but there is no solution provided for our release BBPCRM 700 SAPKU70006.
