DTW Lockup

Hello,

We are on 8.8 PL12.

When trying to import banks or house banks using the default template with DTW, the screen locks up at the point where we select the import file and click next. CPU hovers around 50-80% and the cursor goes into hourglass but nothing happens until the process is manually ended.

We are not experiencing this problem with any of the other templates.

Any suggestions?

How many records do you have for upload?

All files have between 10 and 20 records.

If only 10 to 20 records, DTW may not be worth it.

Hi guys,

I appreciate a manual input would be quicker solution but I habitually follow up problems even if workarounds are available.

It turned out to be due to an issue with the AbsoluteEntry field being blank - however, DTW should have errored during the import rather than just locked up like that.

Hi Soyer........

If you have less no. of records then you can manage it by doing manually without wasting much time in DTW.

Else you try DTW on to the Server. I guess its configuration would be bit higher than other normal machines.
