Workflow is not triggering

Hi,

In development system it is working fine.

we moved transport requests to quality system.

in quality system workflow is not triggering. Event linkage is also active.

Can you help me on this.

    Hi Raj,

    Check the Agent assignment of the workflow.

    In the Basic Data of the workflow, Go to Agent Assignment Icon and select 'General Task'.
