The log history record appears:

Deleting failed to enlist connection to DTC transaction (CONFIG/25S12/[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Distributed transaction error)

Hi Ramil!!

have you been able to solve this issue?, I have exactly the same but it occurs when importing OB campaigns.

I did all the recommended tests on the web (even those of sap) for this problem (even the DTCPing!), everything seems to be fine; but the error continues.

I would greatly appreciate your help.

Thank you very much,.

Cheers...

Hello

Please note, that you need to have the MSDTC correctly configured on all application and SQL server in the system, and firewalls should not block the traffic in relevant ports/directions. The firewall issue is earier to control if you specify certain predefined and fixed port range for MSDTC on all you servers. Please review the following MS links:

To test whether the MSDTC communication is working properly, you could try Microsoft's DTCPING tool.

Try enabling the "allow remote clients" checkbox. I checked our configuration and we have it enabled.

I'm not sure what your server landcape is like, but these settings should be probably changed where the database instance lives - be it one server or a cluster.

We have the databases in a failover cluster so the changes would be made on the servers hosting the failover nodes.

the service is running, but the error is present.

there are detailed instructions for configuring the driver?
