I want to set alerts on job or instance failures .
Would any help with the information ,how can I fix it.

Thank you so much for the response.
We have around 100's of jobs recurring on every day.
Due to some issues in infrastructure some time report schedule fails .
Whenever the scheduling fails of any of the report I should get an alert on .
Is there any option available in bo to set up that that ?
Do we have some other work around to set up the alerts on job/ report schedule failures ?

A workaround is to schedule the reports to a file destination and to create a java program that sends a mail if the destination file is not available.You also can schedule the java program using program objects on the BOBJ side .
