Service Order Operation Problem

Hello Experts,

My client is generating Service order for sales

When service order generated all data is captured properly, but under operation tab it creating two operation as 0010 and 0020

as Installation.

Here it should be operation 0010 - Installation.

Please advise as early as, next week we are going live.

Check the task list assigned to the order (Planning tab)

Also, are you using any developments which could possibly duplicate the operation??

Earlier it is active so it duplicating same operation twice

Need more details like how you creating Service Order as manualyy or From any FM or via Some background Run??

Hello Rakesh,

This is SD & CS integration,

if u use strategy group 80 in material master in MRP view and in OISD tcode maintain neccessary data

you mention that material in sales order then it triger service order

Hello,

if you are using a configurable general maintenance task list then its calling operation on refrence object basis which is same as that of operation copying in the Service order.

I had worked in same scenarion in my previous project I never face this problem, but in this project I am facing this issue,and my user is stuck on this issue.
