One of my order is in distribution lock automatically.
Can any one help me to understand, what are the conditions on which the system will automatically set the distribution lock to the order?.
How can i remove the distribution lock?.

Hi,
Have you checked queue inbound and outbound? (tx smq1 and smq2).
Normally, Order is locked to distribution when order`s queue is in status intermediate (smw01). If your CRM system are connected to R3 system and you have implemented order integration, when you save one order in CRM system, the order is transfered to R3 but CRM system is waiting the answer of reception to R3. For this reason, the order in CRM is in status distribution lock, until receive it. If this confirmation don`t come back to CRM system, the order is locked.
You should check monitor SMW01, search queue order and check status.
