Budget report Actual Field

hello all,

let say a GL account has a Budget of 40,000 and when i run the budget report it appears that the actual is 50,000. meaning the actual is > than Budget.

now, this is my question.

where can i find what is the details of 50,000, or what compose this 50,000... what are the ff. docs related to this

Please help.

    Hi fidel,

    All those actual amount are from JE table: OJDT and JDT1.
