Hi,
We are trying to setup our system for agent co-browsing. Has any one got some documentation on the prerequisites / steps in setting up this?
SAP Help has only 2 steps.
1) Should I be using a different url for login as an agent ? where would I setup that / get that?
Appreciate any support
BR
Anish
Hi Anish, it is the same URL. Agent user has special User group setup.
Here it is explained what to do:

Hey Anish,
Did you get a chance to look at Tagove co-browsing? It is easy to sign up and you don't need to different use to different urls. You can easily integrate into website/software. Try once, I am sure, it will not disappoint you.

Hi Yevgen,
The above links did help finding the configuration parameters and steps, however it was very vague about the authorizations required as it says "special authorizations" to the user.
Even after figuring out the required authorizations from the traces, I couldn't get it working.
Yesterday someone suggested me to try the mobile version and it started working. I was trying with the desktop version so far. 😞
Anyways its working now on the mobile version!!!
Thanks!
