Archive contract without archiving scheduling agreements

Hello Experts,

I would like to archive contracts with the object MM_EKKO but not the scheduling agreements (which are also archived with this object). In the write program, there is a check : a contract can be archived if its scheduling agreement has a deletion flag. But, here, scheduling agreements are never deleted.

Can I create a specific program which bypass this check ? or are there any consequences ?

I dont see the problem.

The selection screen for MM_EKKO archiving has document type and if you just select K for contracts, then the schedule agreements which have type L are not archived.

I do know that the selection screen has this kind of criteria. The preprocessing program works but not the archiving program... Indeed, you can select only the contract but when the archiving program runs, it checks if the scheduling agreement linked to the contract is already archived.

That's my problem !

Sure it has to check if there is a link, as you can only archive a contract if all depended objects are archived first. Otherwise you would create inconsistencies.
