How to delete Open Posting change notices --Movement Type-309-

Hello,

The scenario is ,when i m getting into the transaction LU04 by the input data of Warehouse No & the movement Type 309 & select the open status,then i am getting the List of Posting Change Notices for diff materials.

When i am looking into the individual line item detail, click on the Processing Status..then i am getting TO Qty & Open TO items as "ZERO".

It is confirmed that the quantities are avl with him & now he wants to delete these line itmes showing as open status in LU04 transaction.

No option is working out through transaction LU02 or LU03 or LU04.

Could you please help me ASAP...

Hi

In LU02 in the field 'Post chg status' enter 'U' and save

This will get rid of the PCN

Hi,

Did you try changing the posting change status to U using LU02 and then run LU04.

See if this is working
