PSM-FM: BADI - FMAVC_ENTRY_FILTER

Dear experts,

I'm implementing PSM-FM module and I need to have availability controls for every three months. In order to do that I have created four AVC ledgers and four budget types. Also I need to implement BADI - FMAVC_ENTRY_FILTER.

My problem is connected to BADI - FMAVC_ENTRY_FILTER.I don't know how to write ABAP code and in this moment I don't have anyone in the project who can help me. Can you please tell me what do I have to write in each of the methods of this BADI to perform availability controls for every three months?

What should I write in method BUDGET_FILTER?

And in method POSTING_FILTER?

I would really appreciate your help in this matter.

Hi,

I would suggest you easier way to do 3-months AVC. If you are in ECC 6.04 you can use 'Budget Period' object for this matter. If you are in lower release, you can use other FM object, e.g. fund or funded program - whatever is available in your system. You create 4 entities - each for every quarter - and budget them. Then, in FMDERIVE you create a rule deriving this object based on the FM posting date.

Thanks a lot for your help! My problem has been solved.

I'm using ECC 6.00 so, as you sugested, I created 4 funds and added the derivation rule to FMDERIVE.
