Hi,

1.Employee can get incentives if he provide 90% productivity(90 pc produced against 100 pc) How to map it? Where we can maintain the Planning data(ie.100 pc)

• Hi Generally the Standard values like this needs to be maintained in the routing

• Example: for1 hour 100 pices.

• The actualls needs to be collected during the production confirmation.

• So later we need to do a custom devleopment ( Z report) to compare the actual vs planned.

• From here you will be able to generate the incentive report.

• But You need to ensure all the required date are all captured during the production confirmation.

• This will be applicable ( mostly) for the Discrete working environment only.

2.Is it possible to create each employee is a workcenter(more than 200 emloyees in my plant)

• It is possible in SAP, but again applying the same will have operational difficulty.

• Because routing wil be created generally only , since the product will be produced in machines and anyone can work in the machine.

• So it is not recommeended to created each one of them as workcentre.

3.We can maintain Work center capacity in capacity Header in time units only. Is it possible to maintain some other UOM(PC or EA)

• Yes capacity can be maintained only in the Time unit.

• The capcity here maintained is the availability of the macine in time unites.

*In case if you need to do capacity evaluation in the diferent unit of measure try this.

a. CR02> WORKCENTRE

b. Go to the header capity view.

c. Go to the Extras

d. Unit of measurement

e. Now you wil have the Conversion of units os measurement

here you can maintain the conversion like 1 Hr = 10 kg ( ex)

This will help you to do the evaluation in different unit of measure.
