Additional expenses

Hi All,

I have multilocations of my client in different cities and when material is moving one location to another client want to add other expenses in item cost. I checked but there is not available anything to add expenses in inventory transfer transaction.

Hi Sam.....

After Inventory transfer you can revaluate your Item cost for whatever amount you bare.

Thanks for quick reply but client want to see all bifurcated amount as per expense like Transport Charges, Freight and Octroi etc.

I also check whether we can make landed cost on Inventory transfer but unfortunately its not there in system. Please give inputs...

Hi Sam.....

You are right. In Landed cost this provision is not there for Inventory transfer. I guess you should put the expense details in UDFs at inventory transfer level or at revaluation Level.........

Upload expenses through Inventory Revaluation and book from AP service invoice.

Hi Sameer,

You cannot add expenses in inventory transfer transaction for this you have to upload expense amount directly through Inventory revaluation. But you cannot track bifurcated amount in system.
