Sapgui 720 Patch 2 - F1 button -> close all sapgui sessions

Dear all,

We are planning the "SAPGUI for windows" upgrade to release 7.20 in our

organization, as SAP GUI for Windows 7.10 will be out of maintenance as

of 13th of April 2011.

We are testing the release 7.20 pachlevel 2 published on 27.08.2010.

We have found a big issue. When you click on F1 for help and then on

Enter button, all sapgui sessions are closed immediately and without advise.

Please, does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Hi Martina,

i'm a support consultant...

I processed many message with this behaviour before, and i know

that i can't reprodcue it with the patch 3, because i use the patch 3

internally for testing.

The crash is solved with patch 3.

Yes, you're right.

I think that it would be a great idea publish a list of known problems included in

next patch to be able to check them.

yes, the Sapgui patch 3 will solve this problem.

I have seen the note, but I didn't know this is a known issue.
