Succession Planning: Risk value is not visible.

I am doing configuration of Succession Planning (vers. 2.1 and .NET).

The appraisal template: Risk was defined in Talent Assessment. It is working fine in the Talent Profile (Tab: Overview) through the portal.

But in the NAKISA, under Tab: Talent Profile -> table Risk: the CRITERIA NAME is visible, but the VALUE is not visible.

Do I need to update some *.xml file by Risk Scale ID?

Looking forward hearing from you soon,

Have a nice day to everybody,

    Hi Dan,

You need to define your Risk scale ID and the VB object ID in the downloadSchema.xml file in the XML folder. In the extrainfo section you will find the 2 keywords at the bottom of all the keywords.

Should you have assigned a Risk to your Talent Assessment then you can find the VB object ID in the customizing option Talent Management and Talent Development > Basic Settings > Adjusting the User Interfaces > Configurations for Data Retrieval > Extend Fields Selection > Adjust Data Retrieval for Appraisals, Evaluations, and Surveys.

    Good luck!

Hi Dan, I suspect that the backend is not returning the 'Value' field. Please run this check for me to confirm.

Can you go to SAPGUI, tcode SE37, and run Function Module HRTMC_GET_TALENT_ATTR. Please provide the Plan version and the CPID of the employee as the IDs, and then execute (press F8).

After execution please check the Export table 'ATTRIBUTES'. You will find a 'RISKS' table in there, which contains the field 'VALUE_TEXT'. Nakisa displays VALUE_TEXT in the Risk tab...and please let us know if the VALUE_TEXT is correctly populated in the backend. If not, then we know it is backend related.

    Thank you -

    Best Regards,
