Charm Reporting issue

Hi Friends

When I try to schedule the ChaRM reporting (in dswp -> solution reporting -> Change management). I am getting the below error. we are in sps 23.

Step 001 started (program /TMWFLOW/REP_CHANGE_MANAGER, variant REP_VARIANT, user ID SEZVEJA)

No normal data, but there are some exception data

Please help me to resolve the issue
