Hi,

I have a requirement as follows:

While creating opportunity, we get pop up to add account details. But now user wants to fetch the accounts, based on the relation "Is site of".

Already in search screen of account we have option to select account based on the relationship.But it is not working.

I have a standard class "CL_BUPA_IL_SEARCH_SERVICE" and the methods are SEARCH_BY_RELATIONSHIP, SEARCH_BY_RELATION.

I am new to web ui in CRM. Please suggest me how should I start with to meet the requirement. Should I implement the class somewhere in search screen of account? If yes please suggest me step by step process to proceed.

    Hi,

    I checked the same and found out that the search is happening based on relationship, if it is not working then either raise an OSS message to SAP or else check the config for relationship with the standard.
