Crystal reports are not accessible outside the report server.

Hi,

Our application interacts with crystal reports server and generates report. the issue is that, the report page is not showing any data when we access the same report from the client side, but within server reports are working fine.

please assist.

    What kind of data sources do you access with your report?

    What exactly do you mean by "access the report from the client side"? Do you open the report with the Crystal Reports designer or the crystal reports viewer on a user's workstation?
