Hi,
I have faced an issue that the user is not able to see any workitem in his Business workplace Inbox. I have checked the workload for the user in SWI5 and found that there are some workitems to be processed.
Is there any setting for SBWP. So that the user can see the wirkitems in SBWP.
Can any expert help me.

Hi Saroj,
Please check the below things.
1. In the workflow log, check the agent. It will show you actually where the workitem is lying.
2. If there is no agents found in the workflow log, then check the Agent determination logic. Also check the Agent assignment's.
t should be a General Task.
3. if the above things are fine, then check the Substiution. The user may substiuted to other user.
To check this Go to Transaction SBWP -> Settings --> Workflow settings --> Activate/de activate Substitution.

HI,
Make use of FM SAP_WAPI_CREATE_WORKLIST and pass SAP User ID of the user for whom you are checking SBWP.
If you are able to find any entry in table 'WORKLIST'that will ensure workitems are pending in his inbox else there is no workitem for that particular user.

Start SBWP
then SU53
Also check his/hers office settings in SBWP

Hi Saroj,
If the work items cannot be seen in the users inbox then please check if the user has set a filter in the inbox which is removing them. Also check if you have the badi WF_BWP_SELECT_FILTER activated in yuor system. This could be filtering users inboxes of work items. User SE18 to see if it has been implemented and activated.
