Long texts in WebI

The problem of long texts restriction in BW was discussed many times, but I'd like to consider WebI approach. We use OLAP universes built on BEx Query for WebI reporting and customer asks for solution without splitting texts in pieces 60 char long. What are our options? The ideas we have:

1) z-table

2) BW documents

But how do we join it with OLAP universe?

Is it so? Does this restriction works for OLAP universes or SAP Integration kit? As far as I know there is no such restriction with DataBase universes?

I don't think we have at WebI / BO end.

I enquired and saw there is no restriction in SAP side also.
