GTS 8.0 Inventory Management benefits after Bonded Warehouse implementation

As GTS is a risk mitigation application, please provide the benefits from an invenotry management perspective after employing Bonded Warehouse functionality.

    GTS can enable additional documentation and data detail (reporting) to your BWH process.

    GTS can be configured to use system controls to mitigate risks in the process.

    Benefits could be in form of less compliance risk, and lower cost in executing BWH management. (quicker turnaround time, less expense in reporting and managing, etc)

    Amount of benefits will all depend on what level of risk - both compliance and in opportunity cost - you have now. The bigger and more complex the business, the larger the potential benefits. Another importan factor to consider is how well the company can efficiently execute a GTS install.
