Need FM to change 'PO Item' delivery address

Hi Friends,

I have a requirement where I need to change the PO Item delivery address(couple of address fields). In fact, I used BAPI 'BAPI_ADDRESSORG_CHANGE' for this purpose. By comparing few POs, I have noticed that delivery address will be maintained at diff. levels.

When address maintained in ADRC(ekpo-adrnr having value), i am able to change address with above BAPI. But when address maintained at plant level(ekpo-adrnr and ekpo-adrn2 are blank), i am not able to change with the same BAPI.

Now I want your help in changing address maintained at plant level.

    Hi sanjeeva Rao,

I also had similar requirement, for that you have to keep logic in the Smartform/Script accordingly. Like if EKPO-ADRNR is initial AND EKPO-ADRN2 is initial then print address using the following address(ex: 01234 address number). Coz you cannot change Plant address for PO-PO. It will remain same as it is.

    Thanks & Regards,

    Rock.

    Hi Rock,

Thanks for your time and quick response. your suggession is valid and considerable. But still I am just wondering if we can change plant address.

and apart from this, I came across one more scenario where ekpo-adrnr is blank but ekpo-adrn2 has value....Problem is I could not change such address with the BAPI 'BAPI_ADDRESSORG_CHANGE'.

In short, this BAPI is working only if ADRNR has value.

Now I need help from you guys to change address either maintained at plant or number maintained in ADRN2 filed(ADRNR is blank here)

    Thanks in advance,

    Sanjeev
