Direct Link (create Links) to the L-shape of the IC Agent Role

Hi Experts,

I am not able to bring the Direct Link (create Links) to the L-shape of the IC Agent Role.

Please see below what I did. Correct me if I did mistake.

I created the Transaction Launcher using URL ID maintained in table view CRMV_IC_LTX_URL.

Navigation Bar Profile:

Created logical link with TL

Assign Direct Link Groups: I took ZGroup _ID is already available for the navigation bar profile.

Define Direct Link Groups: Changed Group type from No Classification to Create.

Assigned logical link id to the Group Id.

Business Role Profile:

Adjust Direct Link Groups: Group Id already added to the Business role

Adjust Direct Links: Check the visible check box for the new logical link appearing

The strange fun is I am not able see the create links block in L-shape of my Business role. Please help me
