    Hi,

Can you please check below points :

    1. What is Su53 transaction result is when user tries to submit the chnage request. Do you see any Red entries?

    2. If the roles are modified recently, or just before submitting the CR . So please make sure you have regenrated all the complex and sigle roles.

    3. Make sure the BUKRS which user is trying to extend is also the part of the single role. If there any filter very specific to company codes in the role.

    4. Check the cross badi derivation logic . at times this could also create problem.

    5. Try to include a break-point in the class CL_USMD_MODEL method PERFORM_FMDM_CHECK_ONLINE_P. and check look where exactly is going something wrong.

    Regards

    Pavan
