Infotypes includes 0,1,2,6,7,8,9,14,15,16,19,41,45,581,585,586,587,588

We need to start from Begining,Kindly advise us in this.

you are going to upload this either through PA30 or PA40 and through which method LSMW or BDC

there is lot difference while uploading the data can u please let us know how you are going about this 0,,1,2 is mandatory for first go

I need use LSMW for Hiring Employees with 0,1,2.

But Infotype 0,1 having many records (Also for many employees Seperation action also done in IT0)

In this case how can i upload the data through LSMW.

Hi ,

You can moved ahead as under:

1. Record LSMW for Hiring - IT0,1 & 2.

2. Records LSMW for Individual Actions/ All actions with Action field open

3. For rest you can have individual LSMW's

4. For IT8 - Use BDC.

5. Use RHINTE Reports after uploading the LWMS for actions.

Hi,

Point 2 :

You might be having multiple actions like

- Confirmation

-Change of Pay

- Promotion

- Org REassignment

- Separation

.....

If you want, you can create multiple(individual) LSMW's for uploading such actions.

OR

You can create single LSMW for all above actions.

( In upload file you have to specify action type and reason)

Please conside as you mentioned that employee is having multiple entries in IT0000 (Also It0001)

When i am doing LSMW it is asking for T-Code and i am giving PA40,when executing it going through infotype 0,1,2 after saving coming back.It is the recording for LSMW for Hiring action. In this way i can do Hiring for 4000 Employees.

Kindky let me know how can i do remaining actions

-Change of Pay

- Promotion

- Org REassignment

- Separation

(Each action having a entry in IT0001 Also)

Because many employees having different Actions and Orgnisational assignments.

Same way you can create rest of the actions also.....or you can also craete recording through PA30..enetr personal number,start date,end date ,infotype 0000 and action type ...create..input all the fields...your upload formate should be as per your recording and input fields.

Initail hiring i can do through PA40 For all employees (IT0000,0001,0002)

But If i have different actions (Transfer,Probation,Seperation etc alsong with rog assignments) for different employes

Then how can i do in

Consider employee1,with five actions Probation,trasfer,Change in pay,Seperation and i am doing LSMW based on these five actions and organisational assignment.

Consider Employee2,if he is having 10 Actions and 10 Org assignments

Consider Employee3,if he is having 2 Actions,2org assignments

in above two cases the LSMW recording will differ in number of actions with Employee2,3

In this case how thw upload will be done.

Suppose you have 10 actions and you want to do recording with 10 actions .....if suppose emp 1 having only 5 actions and empl 2 having 10 actions....in this case your recording should be with 10 actions and for emp1 maintain the upload file with 5 actions which is applcable and give the input fields... remaining 5 actions is not applicable so leave it blank in the upload file....... For emp2 maintain upload file with 10 actions input fields...each action with proper start date and end date...

Kindly let me know in Which T-Code i should do the above 10 Actions in PA40 or PA30

When i am doing a LSMW for Actions after inital hiring action,I am choosing Action type, Appropriate IT0001 Recored,after saving that it is coming back to Recording screen then how can i Do 10 Actions

(If i need to do 10Actions then how to create 10 Records in IT0001)

After Hiring action ...do this for remaining actions.....

Try the recording with PA40 and start date and end date should maintain properly...In PA40 you can have all the actions ...so try in that way.

When i am using PA40 Probation action i am filling all the field and going to infotype1 and saving it, then when i come back it is showing recordings,then how can i do remaining 9Actions and IT0001 Records

But I am able to do the recording for 3 actions like promotion ,org reassignment and transfer ......check your recording ...when you execute first action fill all the fields in infotypes and by saving it will come to pa40 screen again and select 2nd action do the same..

Take the help of the abaper if you find it difficult or else use Standard LSMW tool which is already there in The system

go to LSMW tcode in project give HR_DA or HR* you will the LSMW of all the PA infotypes

i advise you to take the help of an abaper regarding this issue

Thanks a lot of your help,Now i got it very clear with your valuable answers

Created a LSMW for PA40 Hiring Action alone with IT0001,IT0002 Record

Created LSMW2 for PA40 for Remaining all Actions (Including seperation)

I can now create IT6,7 these are just single entries

Now My Doubt is

IF almost ten records have been created in IT0000,IT0001(Including seperation) after that if i am uploading Datas in IT0008,14,15,45,580series will it make any issues or i can upload payroll datas simply eventhough all Actions (Including Seperation is carried out)

I believe you have data in Spread sheets or text files.

SAP provides the tool LSMW for the same.

Google with LSMW and you will find enough tutorials.

As you are saying your system is blank right now.....so first you need to hire the employees with IT 0,1 and 2 ..right..

then you can upload remaining infotypes with either BDC or LSMW....
