0country is "unassigned" after saving integrated planning layout with analysis for m.excel

Dear All,

I built an integrated planning layout via BW (Release 7.5 SP 4) Analyzer. Field 0country can be selected during planning. I have no problem saving it.

However, i built a workbook from the integrated planning layout i designed on analyzer. I used Analysis for Microsoft Excel 2.3 (Package 2) . I am using same country during planning. And after saving it, it becomes "#" (not assigned.) Example is below :

BEX Analyzer :

Version Year 0Country 0CountryText

001 2016 IT Italy

I can save above data with no problem.

Analysis for Excel :

Version Year 0Country 0CountryText

001 2016 IT Italy ---->>>> This view is before saving

I press save button and the line becomes as below :

001 2016 # Not Assigned

What do you recommend me to solve this problem?

Best Regards

Hi - first step is to go up to Analysis Office 2.3 SP3, patch 1, released just yesterday and see if the problem persists

I updated to SP3 and checked the situation.

Kevser - I cannot locate anything on this; I recommend opening a SAP Incident with SAP Support.

I think this is caused, because 0country data type is char and it has master data.

I created a new infoobject with data type numc(3). It can be saved on planning layout.

However, i should use 0country for integrated structure of my project.
