When more than 1 delivery is tied to the same Shipment

When more than 1 delivery is tied to the same Shipment, is 1 Shipment created that references the 2 deliveries? or are 2 Shipments created - one for each delivery, but the 2 Shipments have the same Shipment Number?

the TPM Shipment wants to generate the Delivery and the Shipment at a given time in the process (interface)

Hi,

You can create shipment with multiple deliveries assigned to it. Watchout is when deliveries have different origin and/or destination point - in this case you should also generate shipment legs. You can generate the legs automatically based on route definition, but those can also be defined from external source (if you create shipment via interface).

Note that you can also create multiple SAP shipments linked to single delivery.
