What is the best way to use SAP as a CRM tool?
In other words, we want to be able to track customer shows, feedback, deadlines, appointment notes, etc. Right now all of our "Notes" are made through the Activity tool in SAP, but if you look at all related notes for a specific customer, it will bring up ALL motes, including specific notes regarding individual orders for that customer. Is there a way to have general customer notes show up separately?
CRM is used in the front office. you can use microsoft CRM and use SBO in the backoffice. CRM in the SBO is used in the backoffice and just CRM general solution.
