CRM in SAP

Hello,

What is the best way to use SAP as a CRM tool?

In other words, we want to be able to track customer shows, feedback, deadlines, appointment notes, etc. Right now all of our "Notes" are made through the Activity tool in SAP, but if you look at all related notes for a specific customer, it will bring up ALL motes, including specific notes regarding individual orders for that customer. Is there a way to have general customer notes show up separately?

    Hi,

B1 has limited functionality as a CRM tool. You may use Outlook Integration add-on to do more.

    Thanks,

CRM is used in the front office. you can use microsoft CRM and use SBO in the backoffice. CRM in the SBO is used in the backoffice and just CRM general solution.

You can create type & subject groupings and use these as filters on the forms, or, create you own reports of activities

Hmm... yeah. It doesn't seem like SAP is the best tool for the type of CRM I'm thinking of. Does anyone know of any CRM programs that might integrate with SAP?
