SRM Master Data Replication in SRM 7.0

Former Member

We have uploaded the initial data from ECC. Whenever I change existing material master data or create a new material the same is not being replicated to SRM. Do I need to run any batch job

1) for changes to existing master data

2) creation of new master data

3) creation of new material group.

Intitial Data Load (R3AS)

Delta Data Load (New materials created in ECC)

Change in existing material masters

Change in existing material groups

Change in existing service masters

Thanks

Sanjeev

Thanks Laurent for the URL to the document on Middleware

Sanjeev,

Have a look at the document and check if you have done all the configuration at right places. Also check your Filter settings in SRM, sometimes we set some filters and then forget about removing them later

Virender,

All the settings are correctly maintained. Still there is no automatic replication in case of new additions or modications.

My question is do we need to run any batch jobs for R3AS for i) any addition of Materrial Masters or Service Masters in SRM ii) any changes to existing master data. Similarly for addition or modification of material groups.

Thanks

Sanjeev

No.

Check in R3AC4 SRM transaction object classes MATERIAL and SERVICE_MASTER are populated for object class activation: if not, add both entries.

Check also queue name RAS* exists in the Qin scheduler ( SMQR SRM transaction).

No for master data (materials).

Regarding product categories (R/3 material groups), delta dowload cannot be managed: you have to run manually R3AS transaction for object DNL_CUST_PROD1

Check also queue name RAS* exists in the Qin scheduler ( SMQR SRM transaction).

- Is it R3A* or RAS. Ise R3A in transaction SMQR.
