I hope you are having a good day, I have performed some research on this specific subject in our characteristic documentation and I would like to discuss it further with you.
Indeed after checking into the Data Sources related to Tickets, which is the scope you are looking to use accordingly to your first screenshot, this field seems to be stored only internally in the Cloud for Customer system, not being available for reporting purposes on the current release.
In this specific scenario, I also tried to search for a requirement in our SAP Influence Portal for the Cloud for Customer system, but I couldn't find a specific requirement for this field. In this case, I would recommend you to create a new enhancement request in the SAP Influence Portal, so then other customers as well as our developers can vote on it and add it to their backlog planning for the future releases.
