output found in analysis, but not in message

Hi Experts,

I have configured a new output type (ZFAX), copy of the existing one. I have also maintained condition for the same, but when i create a PO i dont find the same in Messages. if i click on the I (information) analysis tab, i find the output in the schema, and the message shows a green indicator and says output found.

Please help me.

Thanks

    Hi ,

Please check your condition record "Key combination" and the actual PO is having the same parameters.

Also check if you condition record is defined with appropriate Medium (matching th econfig) , Date & time (option 3 or 4) and Fax number assigned in Communication button. If all is set then check with Basis if the SOST relevant setting for document Fax is setup (its called the Route).

    Hope this helps.

    Thx

    MJ
