output found in analysis, but not in message

Hi Experts,

I have configured a new output type (ZFAX), copy of the existing one. I have also maintained condition for the same, but when i create a PO i dont find the same in Messages. if i click on the I (information) analysis tab, i find the output in the schema, and the message shows a green indicator and says output found.

Please help me.

Hi ,

Please check your condition record "Key combination" and the actual PO is having the same parameters.

Also check if your condition record is defined with appropriate Medium (matching th econfig) , Date & time (option 3 or 4) and Fax number assigned in Communication button. If all is set then check with Basis if the SOST relevant setting for document Fax is setup (its called the Route).
