I would like to ask you the experience of BICS connected to xcelsius. Also, how can I get the BICS connector?

Client PC:
- SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius Enterprise 2008 SP2 or higher
- NetWeaver 7.0 BI Add-on Frontend SP 901 for SAP GUI 7.10
- No BusinessObjects Integration Kit is required
Server Side:
- SAP EhP1 for NetWeaver 7.0 Support Package Stack 05 (ABAP and Java)
- No BusinessObjects Enterprise XI installation is required

Hi Guys,
I have an xcelsius connected with BW query using BICS. When I use a scorecard table to show the query result the titles are not showed properly. Is anybody experiencing the same problem?. I need help on this.
