EWA Report Error

Hi All,

I am trying to generate EWA reports in my landscape.

But when i execute MAINTENANCE PACKAGE in my ECC 6.0system it end with errors.

Below are the errors that i am geeting in the logs og maintenance transaction.

>Error fetching license data from destination SM_XXXCLNT100_BACK /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

> ( AGS_MK_GET_MAINT_KEYS ) /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

> Function module for retrieval of license data not available on Solution Manager /BDL/SAPLBDL11 0

We have Solution Manager 4.0 and ECC 6.0 as remote system.

Please let me know what should i do.

Hi,

Make sure that u have installed the latest patch of ST-PI and ST-A/PI. I hope u r able to execute the reprt RTCCTOOL through the TA SE38 in the SolMan server.

Go through the note 1381710 once and implement the same if necessary.
