Maintaining Price Scales in Sourcing & Procurement S4HANA Cloud 1902

Does anyone know how to maintain price scales in masterdata/ inforecords or purchase order?

In Help-Portal I only found, that this is possible, but not "how to do".

What I have tried to find a solution:

In my S4HANA Cloud Partner-Tenant I tried to find any masterdata object to realize and neither I found a configuration for price scales. Everything I found is "read-only" and accessible only via GUI-HTML (in Purchase-order "extended").
