Off-Cycle Posting

Dears;

we are trying to make posting for the off-cycle activities that has been done during the month, but when the users insert the date to be the end of the month the system doesn't give them the whole list of the employees that had an off-cycle activities during that month.

How can i make the system post for the whole list of the employees that had an off-cycle activities within the same month and with the same reason at one time like what happens in the regular posting?

    Hi,

    Kindly note that for Offcycle Activities the fields Payroll reason and Off-cycle payroll are important in TCode PC00_M40_CALC.

    Likewise, in TCode PC00_M99_CIPE the field Off-cycle payroll is important.

    Now, posting can be done in groups for Employees with same offcycle reason on specific date

    For identifying the payresults to be posted use TCode PC00_M99_CIPC

    Hi

    Whn up generating the Off Cycle Payement u hve to update to all the Emp payement Details in the Same Date & Month in IT 0267.

    U hve to run the Off Cycle Payroll and thn try to make the Posting with above detials.
