Hi, We are a distributing agency of beer in Sri Lanka. We are recieving stocks daily from the Head Office through prime movers. Then we are recieving the delivery note with the stock. Then we add that stock to the system using MIGO.
When we are adding the stock using MIGO, we have to enter SAP document number from the Head Offfice. That document is recieving us in the prime mover with the stock.
In the MIGO process, when we are enter the documnet number and execute, SAP is showing us the items. Those all items are showing as selected (check box) items.
The issue is, when I unselect 1 item and post other items to the system, How can I find that unselected (not accepted ) in the future? Can I find it by a different movement type in MB51? I think this is called as GR. But I dont have a much knowledge of it.
If u can supportme to solve this issue, it is highly appreciated.
