SAP Crystal Report token parameter to be filtered based on login user

Dears,

I have a crystal report and I am using tokens in parameters and want to filter the parameter values based on the login user, for example, show only the employees that are created by the login user as per the following

EmpCode@select "empID", "firstName" from OHEM where "UserSign" in (select "USERID" from OUSR where "U_NAME" = PrintByUserName@)

I have a hana environment.

but this is not working, is there a way to accomplish this?
