SAP DMS Configuraion Transactions

I am very new to DMS module. May anyone tell me what are the transactions to be used for DMS configuration... except DC10 & DC30.

Hi Harshini,

Except DC10 & DC30, only thing you need is set a content repository to store the documents. This is basis activity but you need to define size of the content server based on volume of documents. If content server is already available then no need to perform this activity.

Also if required need to install viewer to display autocad files.

Rest of the things are covered in DC10 & DC30.

Hope this will resolve the query.

Hi Harshini,

Below are the transactions

DC10:Define Document Types

DC20:Define Data Carrier

DC30:Define Workstation Application

If u av insatalled content server

OAC0:Define Content Repository

OACT:Define Content Category

CSADMIN:Administrate Content Server

I suggest you better go through SAP Material LO975 DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT.It is freely available or follow the below link
