Read COMM Port Data using ABAP

Hi,

Trying to read data from COMM port into SAP using the below blog.

I did all the steps and the FM does not give any output, but i can see the data in hyperterminal.

Any other steps to be done? kindly suggest.

same issue in my system i can see the data in hyperterminal but not in my fm.
