PPOMA_CRM - How to add external employees?

Hello,

Is it possible to add external employees to the Organizal Unit in CRM?

I have the following case: The company has some authorized dealers working with them. We need to assign these dealers in the Org Unit, but when I try to assign them, the following message is shown:

'No central person is assigned to business partner (Message CRM_CENTRAL_PERSON003)'.

I think it is because they don't have the Standard Business Role 'Employee', but I can't create them as Employees because they are not really employees because they are external.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue, please?

Hi,

You must be create a new "BP Role Category" as copy as BUP003 Employee, for example, ZBUP03 Empl. Extern.

Next Step is create new "BP Role", for example ZEXT03 External Employee as copy as BUP003 Role but you change "BP Role Cat." BUP003 to ZBUP03.

Cross-Application Components->SAP Business Partner->Business Partner->Business Partner Role->Define BP Role.

Create a new external employee with Role ZEXT03, and you can assign to Organizational Structure.
